Dispatch and Delivery Times

All of our shipping tends to be via Hermes or Parcel to Go. We will provide you with a tracking reference as soon as the courier has been booked and this will be sent as a note with your final order invoice confirmation.

Our aim is to get your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible – within 3-5 days in the UK; within 7 days Europe; within 10 days Worldwide.

If you live locally to Juul at Home and would prefer to pick up your order from our shop in Ilfracombe, simply add the coupon code COLLECT at the checkout.

As a small business, our team at Juul at Home love to put together your parcel with care. Each order will include a card inscribed with a unique message, perfectly packaged as a gift to yourself or a friend. If you would like a particular message, or to send direct to your friend, all wrapped and ready, please contact us and we can arrange that for you.

Festive Period

During the festive shopping period between mid – November to December we become very busy, which may result in longer processing times for orders and delivery. Please allow for this when placing your order.

Christmas delivery cut off dates:
Standard UK shipping – Midday 19th December
Next Day Shipping – Midnight 22nd December

Although we will do everything we can to make sure you receive your items in-time for wrapping, Hermes, Parcel to Go, UPS, are responsible for your order once it parts ways with us at the warehouse. As with every year, they do experience exceptionally high volumes of post which may add onto your delivery time. Please be patient with our wonderful posties and allow extra time during this period.
